Privacy notice.

Who looks after your information.

Monete Ltd is responsible for the personal information collected on this website. Company number: 10714771. Registered office: 5th Floor North Side, 7/10 Chandos Street, Cavendish Square, London, United Kingdom, W1G 9DQ.

What the contact form collects.

We collect your name, email address, optional company name, chosen topic and message. We use this information to reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about.

We process enquiries to take steps you request before a possible contract, or for our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We do not add contact-form users to a marketing list.

Where the information goes.

Your message is saved in our private inbox and sent to the Monete team through our company email service. Access is limited to people who need it to answer you. Our hosting and email suppliers process information for this purpose.

How long we keep it.

We normally remove contact messages after 180 days. If an enquiry becomes an active business relationship, we may keep the related records for the time needed to provide the work or meet our legal duties.

Cookies and site safety.

This website uses a session cookie to protect forms and secure the private admin area. It remembers your colour-theme choice in your browser. It does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party video players.

To limit spam, we keep a short-lived record of form attempts. We turn the connection address into a code. We do not store it in contact messages.

The web server also keeps access and error logs. These can contain connection addresses and page requests. We use these logs to keep the site safe and fix faults.

Your choices and rights.

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete or limit its use where the law gives you that right. You can also object to uses based on our legitimate interests.

Use the contact form and choose “Something else” for a privacy request. You can also write to the registered office above. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
